Following your initial enquiry with us, we will look to arrange a 15 minute consultation call with the director, to find out more about what you are looking for. If you are happy to proceed then we will arrange your first full assessment and appointment session.

At psychology of you clinic, we offer same day and next day appointments. We aim to be in touch as soon as possible after your enquiry to arrange this.

Psychological therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration, this is standard psychological practice and universal across all sessions. Some assessment sessions that take place will last 60 minutes. Weekly attendance is recommended in order for you to fully benefit from psychological therapy.

We will always try our best to accommodate your individual needs should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are payable in full, unless 48 hours notice is given, or an exceptional circumstance has arisen.

All treatment is entirely confidential. Before beginning treatment, your therapist will outline the confidentiality policy and it will be stated within your unique therapy contract.

The fees vary depending on unique circumstances, and the treatment offered. Please have a look at our prices page to gain further insight, or get in contact to further discuss.

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept insurance as payment for sessions. This will shift in the coming months, so please check back or further enquire to confirm this.

We recognise that affordable therapy can be beneficial is opening up the accessibility of our services, to ensure they can reach a vast number of individuals. We pride ourselves on luxury, high end psychological services with an investment into top level training for staff. We do however have a limited number of discounted slots, for those within the NHS, low income, or those in training.
