Therapy that gets you.

Transforming mental healthcare

We aim to provide a safe, supportive space where your experiences are heard and understood. Through personalised therapy, we tailor our approach to therapy that gets you and your experiences. We believe that understanding your unique story is the first step toward healing and self-discovery, it really is all about you.

A modern approach

It’s essential for us that our clients get a premium, high level service. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve cerated a system designed around our client’s needs. We integrate the latest advances in psychological research with innovative therapeutic techniques, creating a dynamic framework for mental wellbeing.

Meet the Team

Hear from our Director

“This practice was founded on a simple but radical idea: that psychology should start with you - your pace, your pain, your potential. At The Psychology of You, we honour the complexity of your inner world with compassion and clinical care. A place where nuance is welcomed, laughter isn't out of place, and depth is embraced. Together, we make sense of what it means to be you, not just in theory, but in truth”
